U.S. Municipals and Not-for-Profits

Sustainable Infrastructure

Since its founding in 2008, Rosemawr has been a leading investor in the U.S. municipal and not-for-profit markets. The firm employs a research-driven approach to identify attractive investments, with a specific focus on special situations and unique credits.

The core team draws on decades of credit, structuring, trading, and investment management experience to identify select taxable and tax-exempt municipal investments that we believe offer superior risk-adjusted returns.

Rosemawr invests across the charter school sector and has established itself as an attractive alternative to existing financing options.

Investments in charter schools include privately placed tax-exempt and taxable bonds, loans, as well as direct ownership of school facilities. We have experience financing schools during the construction, start-up, and/or expansion stage. In addition, Rosemawr has made investments in operating companies that manage charter schools.

Our structuring flexibility and ability to close quickly have enabled our school partners to provide quality educational opportunities to students across the United States.

Rosemawr invests across the broad and growing sustainable infrastructure sector. Rosemawr is currently focused on investing in renewable energy generation and energy efficiency in a variety of funding structures. Renewable energy investments include solar, wind, battery storage, geothermal and other renewable energy technologies. Rosemawr may acquire projects outright, lend to a given project or portfolio of projects, or invest as minority or majority equity, including by providing capital to project developers. Rosemawr also provides capital for projects via energy service agreements or pursuant to local property assessed clean energy programs.
