U.S. Municipals and Not-for-Profits

Sustainable Infrastructure & PACE

Since its founding in 2008, Rosemawr has been a leading investor in the U.S. municipal and not-for-profit markets. The firm employs a research-driven approach to identify attractive investments, with a specific focus on special situations and unique credits.

The core team draws on decades of credit, structuring, trading, and investment management experience to identify select taxable and tax-exempt municipal investments that we believe offer superior risk-adjusted returns.

Rosemawr invests across the charter school sector and has established itself as an attractive alternative to existing financing options.

Investments in charter schools include privately placed tax-exempt and taxable bonds, loans, as well as direct ownership of school facilities. We have experience financing schools during the construction, start-up, and/or expansion stage.

Our structuring flexibility and ability to close quickly have enabled our school partners to provide quality educational opportunities to students across the United States.

Sustainable Infrastructure & PACE

Charter Schools

Rosemawr invests across the broad and growing sustainable infrastructure sector. Rosemawr is currently focused on financing renewable energy generation assets and eligible energy efficiency projects pursuant to local property assessed clean energy (PACE) programs. Renewable energy investments include solar, wind, and other renewable energy assets where Rosemawr may acquire projects outright, invest as minority or majority equity, or lend to a given project or portfolio of projects in a variety of funding structures. Rosemawr also provides capital directly to property owners undertaking eligible PACE projects and has entered into forward purchase agreements and extended warehouse lines of credit with PACE originators focused on the commercial and residential sector.

These investment efforts are led by a team with extensive experience specific to this sub-sector, combined with the full support and resources of the broader firm.
